ASTRIDE ROBINSON

Astride was born in Trinidad Tobago. At six she first picked up a racquet and was playing in her first tournament by the tender age of ten. Her natural talent was immediately recognized and by 14 she was a National player for Trinidad Tobago. Astride received a full tennis scholarship at Palm Beach Jr. College, West Palm Beach, Florida. It was here that she excelled. She played for her College, her Country and individually throughout the Americas and Caribbean.
Astride has been teaching tennis now for 25 years in Switzerland and 18 years here in Vietnam. She speaks English, German, Swiss German (Engelberger Deutsch) and Vietnamese. She views her destiny here in Ho Chi Minh City as a positive and sporty influence. Astride’s driving force is to help all players - at every level - to continue improving their game to a level great confidence, boosting their enthusiasm for the sport through hard work, determination to be the best they can, continuing to love the sport make new Discovery, Xperiences... living Healthy and Compassionate lives
